Ask for the Lost registration form at the Help Desk.
Fill out the form and pay the NPR 200 fee at either Global IME Bank or Nepal Bank Limited.
For your TU Registration Number, check your last semester marksheet, where it is usually printed.
After making the payment, keep the payment voucher.
Go to Room No. 9 and submit the completed form along with the payment voucher.
After approximately 10 minutes, you will receive your TU Registration Card.
